If a Prisoner Was Put in a Drug Rehab Program or Any Other Prog. Could He Get Out of It?

Question by Lovemylifefriendsfamily: If a prisoner was put in a drug rehab program or any other prog. could he get out of it?
In other words, if he wanted to be to in rehab could he also get out of the prog whenever he desires or does he have to continue until the prog is completely over with?
Also, what if he was placed into a prog while still in prison n not parole, is it still mandatory for him to fully complete it??

if it is the conditions of his probation then the answer is yes he has to stay. If he chooses to leave then he will do the rest of his time back in jail
