how can marijuana be legal in certain states
but still be considered illegal by the federal government in those states?yours

because state and federal laws can conflict… the same way Missouri just passed a law that announces any Federal laws (past, present, future) that are detrimental to the 2nd Amendment are null and void, and any Federal Agent attempting to enforce such laws are subject to arrest and prosecution themselves by County and State authorities.
Same goes for weed… Feds say its illegal, any way you slice it. Some states say its ok, medicinal or otherwise. Can the Feds come bust you for a dime bag? Yes. Will they bother with it? Most likely not, unless they have something much more incriminating on you.

As far as Constitutional law goes, there are a lot of States Rights that aren’t supposed to be infringed by the Feds… but the States can pass/repeal laws to either agree/disagree with Fed law. The only way to get it truly sorted is put it before SCOTUS and let them hash it out… and that ain’t gonna happen anytime soon.
