A Person Who Use Drug Is Hanged Why Not Liquor ?

Question by Ravi: A person who use drug is hanged why not liquor ?
In countries like Saudi Arabia a person who deal with drug is hanged till death ? why not for liquor ? both are harmful to health and human conscious.
As per Islamic law, the punishment of death is only for killing a human being. then how it is justified for drugs ?

I love Arabia, the west is far too politically correct, we need more executions over here. but Im sure the middle class suburban crowd on this catagory will disagree
