I am a 17 year old boy, and I have had a shopping addiction problem sense I was 14 and was old enough to work… I just realized that I have spent almost $ 50,000 in the almost 4 years I have worked and I could have saved that money to go to collage 🙁 … any advise?

Try and keep yourself busy with another hobby and ask a parent to help manage your money.

Most of the stories are about people dying, drug addiction, car crashes, ect. Is there a psychological term for this?

they usually tend to be pathological liars. there is a compulsion to lie about even menial details to make their stories more interesting, which often stems from feeling uncomfortable in social situations (which may or may not be due to low self-esteem).
