i live in rural Maine and the people seem to have drug and alcohol problems,police issues, as well as habitual traffic offenders

one detail i want to add, rural Maine communities are actually real noisy with loud soupped-up exhaust trucks,loud exhaust motorcycles,loud stereo cars. i want to live in a community that does not tolerate that nonsense.

I think it is the same here in Missouri everywhere, no matter where it is, but seems more prevalent the farther you go from the suburban areas into the more so called country since there is less to do and the areas are more open.
